Product Introduction

The indoor expansion type steel structure fireproof coating has been tested by the National Fire Protection and Flame retardant Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center in accordance with the GB14907-2018 "Steel Structure Fireproof Coating" CCCF-CPRZ-17:2019 "Implementation Rules for Fire Protection Product Certification Fire Protection Material Products" standard. Its physical and chemical properties are qualified, and the maximum fire resistance limit can reach 2.0 hours. The coating has the advantages of strong adhesion, long durability, thin coating, high fire resistance limit, and easy construction. The coating rapidly expands when exposed to fire, forming a sponge like and thick fireproof insulation layer, which makes the steel structure less prone to bending and collapsing in the event of a fire, prolongs the fire resistance time of the steel structure, and achieves a fireproof effect.

Product composition

Refractory materials: ammonium polyphosphate, hydrogen trimer, flame retardants, refractory fibers, etc; Waterproof adhesive; Does not contain volatile harmful substances such as asbestos, formaldehyde, and benzene.

Storage and transportation: prevent exposure to sunlight, rain, heavy pressure, and inversion. The storage period is 6 months.

Construction technology

• The surface of the steel structure should be thoroughly derusted, coated with anti rust paint twice, and the surface should be clean and free of oil stains

• This coating is suitable for spraying construction, and the surface of the coating is uniformly uneven and granular

• Stir the coating evenly, and the thickness of the first coat should not exceed 1.2mm. After the surface of the coating is dry (about 6 hours), spray the second coat. The coating thickness can be increased appropriately until it reaches the thickness corresponding to the fire resistance time

• When the coating thickens during construction, it can be diluted with an appropriate amount of water. Do not add too much to avoid affecting the adhesion and fire resistance of the coating

• Construction operations should be carried out in a well ventilated indoor environment, avoiding rain during construction, and in a construction environment above 0 ℃ 

• The paint should be used up on the same day after opening. If it is not used thoroughly, it must be sealed and stored properly.
