Indoor non expanding steel structure fireproof coating is the latest product developed by our company. It replaces the previous two-component construction process of thick steel structure fireproof coating, making the construction process simpler and more feasible. It also has strong adhesion and good fire resistance and insulation performance. The fire resistance limit of the 26mm coating thickness can reach 2.5 hours.
Product Composition
Made from composite materials such as expanded vermiculite, high-strength binder, cationic fiber, high-temperature resistant material, and insulation material drying aid, it does not contain volatile harmful substances such as asbestos, methanol, and benzene.

Suitable for fire protection of steel structural components in construction projects.
Fire resistance performance
The coating thickness is 26mm, and the fire resistance limit is not less than 2.5 hours.
Packaging, storage, and transportation
The packaging is made of woven bags, with a net weight of 25 kilograms per bag. During transportation and storage, attention should be paid to moisture prevention, and the shelf life is 6 months.
Construction technology
• Before construction, thoroughly remove rust from the surface of the steel structural components, and then spray two coats of anti rust paint. This coating can be matched with various anti rust paints, such as alkyd anti rust paint or epoxy anti rust paint. Apply the coating after rust prevention is done, that is, when it cannot be easily removed by hand,
• If the anti rust paint layer on the steel substrate is left for too long, remove dust and oil stains before construction;
• Construction should be carried out in an environment with a temperature of (5-40) ℃, relative humidity of (50-80)%, and wind speed of ≤ 5m/s. Steel structures with condensation, frost, and water droplets should not be used for work. During the construction process, rain and direct sunlight should be avoided. Huangmoutian needs to extend the maintenance time to ensure water evaporation;
• The main material for coating construction can be mixed with water on site to ensure no cracking or hollowing. The construction ratio of the base material is powder: water: glue: 1:0.7:0.3. Mix for about 5 minutes and immediately use the spraying method for construction. The thickness should be 1 to 2mm, and the relative humidity should be (50-80)%. Dry for 24 hours until it cannot be moved by hand. The next layer of construction can only be carried out when it is dry.
It should be noted that there should not be too many ingredients in this layer. Just use as much as you want to avoid waste caused by excessive mixing. Master the preparation of the ingredients and use them up within 60 minutes
The main material construction is divided into two types: plastering and spraying
1. The ingredients for wiping are powder: water: glue=1:0.95:0.05, stir for 5 minutes to facilitate the dissolution of solid rubber powder in the powder. Then divide the material into small buckets and apply it, with a thickness of ≤ 10mm, to facilitate moisture distribution and prevent excessive spraying that is not conducive to moisture distribution. Prolonged immersion in water can cause cracking and hollowing of the bottom layer.
2. If using an extrusion pump for material spraying, it is not feasible to mix the ingredients according to the above ratio. In order to facilitate spraying, water needs to be added. Usually, the amount of water added is controlled within the range of increasing by 15%. The purpose is to facilitate spraying without causing sagging due to excessive water addition. For the purpose of facilitating water evaporation, it is advisable to have a thickness of 7 to 10 per application. After the previous application is completed, the next application should be carried out by spraying directly until the thickness required by Party A.
